1. Introduction

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of tkbazz Services, you must create a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during registration. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

1. One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold one active account only. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the tkbazz platform without prior written consent from tkbazz.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkbazz, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.

1. tkbazz does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services and shall not be liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
2. Gambling carries inherent financial risk. tkbazz accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred as a result of using the Services.
3. tkbazz is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from winnings in your jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on gambling winnings.
4. Our total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

tkbazz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms;
2. Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information;
3. Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;
4. Collusion, cheating, or use of prohibited software;
5. Underage access or misrepresentation of age;
6. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
7. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at tkbazz staff or other players.

Upon closure of an account for any reason other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory completion of identity and payment verification.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

tkbazz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. 12. Governing Law and Disputes
